I love working with the silks, but it can work out expensive, DMC will look just fine if you want to use those.
Take care.Andreahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04599278077250469132noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1187712962907705943.post-5391782042374666062007-02-22T16:01:00.000+00:002007-02-22T16:01:00.000+00:00I'm using DMC in place of the NPI for Alpine Seaso...I'm using DMC in place of the NPI for Alpine Seasons and I think it's stitching up okay.Dedehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01191677753451789312noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1187712962907705943.post-51492204522159998972007-02-22T05:07:00.000+00:002007-02-22T05:07:00.000+00:00Your chocolate shoppe looks yummy. Go for the NPI silks you will so enjoy working with them and the final product will be lovely.CJ in OK ;-)https://www.blogger.com/profile/13775542017752998534noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1187712962907705943.post-33118343946572132932007-02-22T03:23:00.000+00:002007-02-22T03:23:00.000+00:00What a cute piece! I love stitching with NPI threads but they don't look that different to DMC really. I've done/am doing all my Chatelaines so far with DMC except Mystery VIII - and I bought an unwanted kit off someone for a wonderful price for that one :)Nickihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07197475715635764985noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1187712962907705943.post-65117156786932785912007-02-21T18:14:00.000+00:002007-02-21T18:14:00.000+00:00Naughty, naughty Nicola!! I really wanted to go until 1st April but after hearing of a 42 year old man dropping down dead in our local Co-op it's made me think. Life is too short and we should enjoy the things we love ( in moderation of course!! LOL!).

You will love stitching Chatelaines. I love them. I think your silks will be fine with DMC. I'm stitching Summer Afternoon at the moment and it's silks and DMC and they looks just fine. Looking forward to seeing your progress. Oh and I've done Winter's Eve and it's gorgeous!Sallyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08883231391662433334noreply@blogger.com
