This week I have decided to stitch on "Bourton-on-the-Water" by Derwentwater Designs. Keith gave me this for Christmas in 2005 and I have changed the aida that the kit came with for eavenweave. I started off by stitching on this one week in four last year but that sort of fell by the wayside, although I did stitch a fair amount. However, it is one of my goals to finish it this year so started stitching on it again yesterday and intend to spend the rest of the week on it.
Now on to the SAL. Claire and I have decided to stitch LHN's Chocolate Shoppe in a SAL every Wednesday starting the first Wednesday in February. As I'm at home all day, and we eat late because Keith gets in late so there's not much stitching time left in the evening, I shall probably stitch during the afternoon. Claire has also asked Sally to join us and she said she would love to. If anyone else would like to join us you'd be very welcome. If you wish to contact me about it my e-mail is in my profile.
I am very impressed with The Gift of Stitching magazine's customer service. I was trying to take out a years subscription to it last Monday but after several attempts had to give up. On Tuesday I received an e-mail from Kirsten asking if I was having problems with the payment process. It turned out to be something that I was doing wrong and on Wednesday the subcription went through with no problems. So thank you Kirsten for your help, a lot of people wouldn't have bothered to find out what the problem was.

Love your little "Winter Grows" Nicola. As for "Boughton on the Water" I will look forward to seeing you progress on this as it is one of my favourit places. The view across to the shopping area looks like it was taken from one of the little cafes we like to have tea at when we are visiting the area.
Love both your WIPs Nicola. I'm looking forward to seeing more Boughton progress.
